This just might be what you are looking for! LENTIL LOAF Source: LaDonna's mother-in-law 3 cups cooked lentils 1/2 cup ground walnuts 1 sauteed onion 1 cup dry bread crumbs (gluten-free if necessary; or quinoa flakes) 1 cup milk alternative (soy, nut, or rice) 1 tsp. Bill's Best Chick'nish 1 tsp. Bill's Best Beaf 1/4 tsp. savory 1/4 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. ground bay leaf 1/4 tsp. basil 1/3 can Tartex (available in health food stores) 1/2 tsp. salt Blend well and bake in 350° oven until done. *If gf, read Tartex label to check for gluten in ingredients; may omit if necessary.
