Guest guest Posted November 16, 2001 Report Share Posted November 16, 2001 Raw Fudge Source: Internet/Mimi on Vegetarian-Recipes 2 c soaked cashews 1 c pitted dates 1 c raisins, unsulphured 2 heaping T carob powder 1/2 c fresh pineapple juice 1/2 c distilled water 1 c flaxseed meal 1 c chopped walnuts Drain cashews and put in blender or processor with dates, raisins, carob, juice and water. Whiz to thick paste. Stir in flaxseed meal and water. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hours. Cut into squares and store in the freezer.
