Guest guest Posted November 19, 2001 Report Share Posted November 19, 2001 Ginger Tea Source: Still Going Against the Grain Ginger root, sliced 1 tsp. anise or fennel seeds 3 cups of pure water Simmer 10 thin slices of ginger root in the water for 15 minutes. Add anise or fennel seeds with the ginger to make the tea naturally sweet.
