Guest guest Posted November 19, 2001 Report Share Posted November 19, 2001 Corn Crisp Source: MIL's recipe files 1 cup fine cornmeal 1/4 - 1/3 cup fine coconut 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (or Sucanat) 1 Tbsp. oil 1 Tbsp. nut butter (optional) Add enough water to above to make a thick batter. Pat out on prepared cookie sheet (16 x 10.5). Bake in a 300° oven for about 15 - 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
