Guest guest Posted November 14, 2001 Report Share Posted November 14, 2001 Creamy Low-cal topping source: from these ye may freely eat 1 1/4 cups water 1/4 cup sweetner 1/4 cup white flour ( cornstarch works here) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup. cashews Blend smooth all ingredients except 1/2 cup of water. Empty into pan. Rinse blender with remaining water then add to pan. Simmer, stirring until thickened.
