Guest guest Posted November 14, 2001 Report Share Posted November 14, 2001 Bread sticks source: Of these I freely eat/ made gluten free by Amy 2 Cups quonia flour 1/2 cup brown rice flour 2 tsp. sweetner 1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup nuts or seeds 2/3 cups water Blend water , sweetner, salt and nuts or seeds of your choice until smooth. Stir together all ingredients. pinch off 1 TBS of dough. Roll between hands to make a stick 2-3 inches long. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 mins CRACKERS: roll out on oiled 11x15 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes PIE CRUST: This dough will cover 2 9-inch oiled pie plates.
