Light bean flour mix (equal parts garfava, cornstarch, tapioca starch) 1/4 c. sweet rice flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. xanthan gum 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp. brown sugar (or Sucanat) 1/3 c. vegan margarine 1/3 c. butter flavor crisco (or substitute) 1 egg or substitue (I use the flax seed sub.) 1 T. vinegar 3 T. ice water Cornstarch or Sweet rice flour for rolling Mix dry ingred, then cut in margarine & shortening. Mix wet ingredients together & stir into flour mixture to make a ball. Refrigerate for about 1 hr before rolling. For a pre-baked shell, bake at 425 for 12 min. Cool before filling.
