Guest guest Posted November 4, 2001 Report Share Posted November 4, 2001 Bean Flour Oil Crust Source: Hageman/posted by J Keel (thank you) 1 1/2 c. light bean flour mix 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 T. cold milk substitute Mix dry ingred. then stir together wet ingredients. Pour all at once into flour mix. Stir until you start to get a ball, then pour immediately into a pie pan. Press into bottom and sides of pan, or double recipe for 2-crust pie, and roll out as usual. For pre-baked shell bake at 400 for 13-15 min. Cool before filling.
