Guest guest Posted November 2, 2001 Report Share Posted November 2, 2001 Cashew Cookies (raw) Source: Live Unfired Foods 2 cups oatmeal, ground (for gluten free version use quinoa flakes) 1 cup cashew nuts, ground fine 3 cups dates 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts Mix. Add enough hot water and make a consistency to where it can be dropped by a teaspoon on a cookie sheet lighlty floured. Let dry in a warm place.
