May I express my appreciation for the recipes posted here? Thank you

especially to Amy for her experience and insights! Aviva, list-owner of

Vegetariangf . . .thank you for allowing us to post vegan

recipes from your list to ours. We willingly give you credit for your hard

work! Please feel free to post our recipes on your list also, with credit

to .

List members are welcome to do the same with information posted on

. Sharing the information we have gleaned and put

together is helpful in reaching out and sharing with others. What we do

ask, though, is that you extend the same courtesy to list members here on V

and GF. If you forward a message or recipe from V and GF, please give

credit to the origional poster and this list. It is a thoughtful way of

showing your appreciation for the work they have done. Some have commented

to me that it takes lots of time to type in recipes. Let's be courteous and

show our appreciation by giving them credit for their hard work!

Slowly, but surely, our archives are expanding to include good alternatives

for our special dietary needs and requirements.

Keep safe!

LaDonna,

This was very sweet of you. :-) I think it's great that we can share recipes

between the groups. Although I think both groups share many members, you find

such fabulous looking recipes and I love when you're able to share them with the

vegetarian group as well. It's always nice for people to know they have a place

to air concerns and share what foods can help make life both easier and tastier.

I'm very thankful that you and Amy started this group, it's nice to know we're

not alone in following both a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle and a gluten-free

lifestyle.

I hope everyone has a warm and happy Thanksgiving.
