Guest guest Posted November 1, 2001 Report Share Posted November 1, 2001 Poppy Seed Crust (raw) Source: Live Unfired Foods Grind separately: 1 part sunflower seed 2 parts poppy seed 1/2 part raisins (previously soaked in pure water for a few hours) Mix with a small amount of honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) to taste. Fill a glass pie pan to about 1/3 inch thickness. Sprinkle crust top with ground sunflower seed.
