Poppy Seed Crust (raw)

Grind separately:

 

1 part sunflower seed

2 parts poppy seed

1/2 part raisins (previously soaked in pure water for a few hours)

 

Mix with a small amount of honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) to taste.

Fill a glass pie pan to about 1/3 inch thickness. Sprinkle crust top with

ground sunflower seed.

 

Variation: Sprinkle pie dish with freshly shredded coconut, and then fill in by

prepared dough of sunflower seed finely ground and soaked in pure water 24

hours, blended with ground poppy seed until the dough gets rather thick.
