Guest guest Posted November 1, 2001 Report Share Posted November 1, 2001 Cornmeal Bread (raw) 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 2 cups cornmeal 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds 1/2 cup finely ground sesame seed 1/2 cup finely ground quinoa flakes 2 tsp. kelp 4 Tbsp. honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) 4 Tbsp. cold pressed oil 1/4 cup almond nut butter Mix dry ingredients, add liquid sweetener and oil. Mix and knead. Add just enough water to make a dough.
