Here's what little I know: Milo: it is in the same " tribe " of the grain family as the sugar cane plant. It is supposed to have a pleasant and bland flavor. Teff: it is in a " tribe " of its own in the grain family. I believe these are both gluten-free, but I just want to make sure!
