Guest guest Posted October 29, 2001 Report Share Posted October 29, 2001 Bean Toss Salad Source: Bonni at SDA-Vegan-Cooking 1 can cut green beans 1 can red kidney beans 1 green pepper, sliced thin 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 cut yellow wax beans 1 onion, sliced thin 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (make sure it's veggie and gf) 1 tsp. celery seed Salt & pepper Drain beans thoroughly and combine with salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
