Guest guest Posted October 24, 2001 Report Share Posted October 24, 2001 Baked Nut Rice Source: Strict Vegetarian Cookbook 2 cups cooked brown rice 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. dried onion Bake at 375° until hot, about 20 - 30 minutes.
