Guest guest Posted October 26, 2001 Report Share Posted October 26, 2001 Vegeburgers Source: Strict Vegetarian Cookbook Cook and grind: 4 cups soybeans 2 cups garbanzo beans Add: 3 cups cooked brown rice 2 onions, chopped 1 Tbsp. sage 1 tsp. celery salt 2 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning (Bill's Best an option) 1 tsp. garlic powder If dry, add bean stock. If wet, add crumbs or oatmeal (gluten-free options: cornmeal, soy flour).
