Guest guest Posted October 22, 2001 Report Share Posted October 22, 2001 Cilantro Puree From Caprial's Soups & Sandwiches Makes about 1 cup 1/2 cup fresh cilantro 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1. Place ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. 2.
