Guest guest Posted October 22, 2001 Report Share Posted October 22, 2001 Cranberry Salsa 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries 4 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 jalapeno peppers - seeded and minced 2 tablespoons grated onion 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper Blanch cranberries. Cover and cook until they pop open. Drain immediately. Add all other ingredients and process or blend. Empty into a container and chill until cold.
