Guest guest Posted October 19, 2001 Report Share Posted October 19, 2001 Nut Cream for Cooking Source: Recipes of Friendship 1 cup cashews or almonds 2 cups water 1/8 tsp. salt Blend nuts with just enough water to cover. Blend until very smooth. Add remaining water and salt. Blend until smooth. Keep refrigerated.
