Guest guest Posted October 12, 2001 Report Share Posted October 12, 2001 Tofu Gumbo Soup Source: Recipes from the Weimar Kitchen 2 large carrots 4 stalks (not bunches) of celery 1 small onion 1 clove garlic 3 cups water 1 jar pimentos 1 lb. of corn flour noodles chicken style seasoning to taste garlic salt to taste 4 cups water 1 lb. tofu (cubed or crumbled) Whiz first five ingredients in a blender. Bring to a boil and then cook over low heat for 1 hour. Add next five ingredients. Cook for 1 more hour. Add tofu. Cook 10 minutes. Serve.
