Guest guest Posted October 12, 2001 Report Share Posted October 12, 2001 Fresh Cream of Corn Soup Source: Eat for Strength (Thrash) 4 cups corn cut from cob 1 1/2 cups soy or nut milk 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions 1 tsp. salt Place last two ingredients in a large csauce pan and heat together until onions are cooked. Liquefy corn and soy milk and add to cooked onions. Bring to a boil and serve with seasoned croutons or crackers (or rice cakes).
