Guest guest Posted October 12, 2001 Report Share Posted October 12, 2001 Lentil and Tomato Soup Source: Eat for Strength (Thrash) 2 cups mashed lentils 2 cups stewed tomatoes boiling water, to make 6 cups total 1 cup steamed rice 1/2 tsp. onion salt salt to taste Rub lentils and tomatoes through sieve or put in blender. Add rice, seasonings, and enough water to make 6 cups. Reheat and serve with croutons or crackers.
