Guest guest Posted October 12, 2001 Report Share Posted October 12, 2001 Bean-Corn Soup Source: Eat for Strength (Thrash) 4 cups water 2 cups corn 2 cloved garlic 1 cup dry white beans 1 onion, quartered salt to taste Soak beans in water 2 or more hours. Cook everything together, except corn, until tender. Puree in blender, adding additional water or soy milk if needed. Add corn. Heat.
