Guest guest Posted October 12, 2001 Report Share Posted October 12, 2001 Fresh English Pea Soup Source: Eat for Strength (Thrash) 4 cups shelled English peas 1 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. whole grain flour or 1 Tbsp. starch Liquefy the ingredients together in a blender. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
