Guest guest Posted October 5, 2001 Report Share Posted October 5, 2001 Soy Yogurt Cucumber Vegetable Dip 1/2 cup peeled, shredded cucumber, drained 1 tablespoon minced green onion 1/2 cup plain nonfat soy yogurt 1/4 teaspoon salt dash white pepper (optional) 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery Directions: Combine all ingredients and carefully blend.
