Guest guest
Some time ago, I posted a recipe that included these. There was a question about gluten. I bought them again yesterday, and called Lightlife to see if they had wheat or corn (two of my son's allergens). I got a call back today, and they said that, although they are free of wheat and corn, the malt extract (last ingredient) did contain gluten, so they could NOT be considered gluten-free. I am so sorry for not checking ahead of time for the gluten. Since we are dealing with a wheat allergy, I sometimes forget. ( In case anyone is interested, she did tell me, that the only other product free of wheat and corn was their " chicken " (I know they spell it differently) strips.
