Guest guest Posted October 4, 2001 Report Share Posted October 4, 2001 Corn Relish Source: Beth/SDA-veg-recipes 2 c whole kernal corn (drained) 1/3 c pickle relish 1/3 c green bell peppers (chopped) 1/4 c sugar (can be halved) - vegan 1 onion (chopped) 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp celery seed 1 tbls prepared mustard In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Cool before serving.
