Guest guest Posted October 3, 2001 Report Share Posted October 3, 2001 Tangy Tofu Source: Bonni on SDA-veg-recipes2 1 package cubed extra firm tofu 2 tablespoons+ canola oil 1/2 pound snow peas 2 cups sliced bok choy 1 cup walnuts 1 bunch sliced scallions 1 sliced red pepper 3 tablespoons chopped ginger 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 2 cloves chopped garlic Sauce: 2 tablespoons rice wine (may substitute) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar, (vegan) juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon sesame hot oil 2 teaspoons corn starch STIR FRY tofu in canola oil until crisp ADD snow peas, bok choy, walnuts, scallions, red pepper, ginger, coriander, and garlic -SAUCE- MIX sauce ingredients DISSOLVE corn starch in sauce mixture and ADD to tofu and vegetables STIR FRY for 2 minutes and serve with rice or Chinese noodles ~ Pray for Peace ~ http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
