Any size you desire 2 cups cashews 3 tbs cornstarch 2 tsp. curry 1tsp salt 3 cups water. veggies In skillet sauté onion until tender, add cashews. In bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except veggies. when you have cashews and onion the darkness you like, add the ingredients in bowl. Also add any fresh or frozen veggies. We like peas. But I am sure you can add what ever you like. If you are going to do mushrooms add them in with the cashews. when sauce is thick, it is done. While you are making sauce, make as much rice as you want. Then put a helping of rice on your plate and put the sauce over top.
