Guest guest Posted September 26, 2001 Report Share Posted September 26, 2001 CARROT LOAF 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup tomato sauce 1 cup raw carrots, grated 1 cup cooked rice 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. oil egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs (soy flour or Ener-G) Blend peanut butter and tomato sauce. Add remaining ingredients.
