Instead of Parmesan

Blend one cup toasted sesame seeds in blender for several minutes. (Unhulled

toasted sesame seeds are one of nature's very best sources of calcium). Use

spatula to help blend evenly. Pour into bowl and add:

 

1 cup brewers flake yeast

1/4 cup Bakon Yeast

3 Tablespoons chicken-like seasoning (McKay's or Bill's Best)

1 Tbsp. onion powder

2 tsp. garlic powder

 

Mix well and add 1/4 cup lemon juice and knead in with hands or pastry blender

until little chunks have a nice, even, small size. Store in refrigerator.

Freezes nicely. Sprinkle over cooked vegetables or cooked pasta. Great on a

whole grain cracker, otast or whole grain sourdough.
