Quinoa granola

8 Cups Quinoa Flakes(or oats)

1 cup chopped nuts ( pecans are our favorite, walnuts

or almonds work

great too)

1 Cup raw sunflower seeds

1 Cup Pumpkin seeds (opt)

1 C. unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Cup maple syrup

1 Tbs. Maple flavoring

2 Tbs. vanilla Flavoring

1 tsp. Salt

 

mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet

plus salt and add

to dry. Combine until all is wet. put in a large

casserole pan (a big

lasagna pan works great) and place in oven. Cook for

3-4 hours at 250,

then turn off the oven and leave it in the oven

overnight. It should be

dry and yummy by then. It is really good with raisins

or dried

cranberries on top.
