CORNSTARCH GLAZE FOR VERY CRISPY

LOAVES

Ingredients

 

1 tsp. corn starch

½ cup cold water

 

Directions

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to

the boil, stirring constantly.

Cool slightly before using. Brush loaves with glaze

before baking, and once again

10 minutes into the baking time.
