Guest guest Posted August 24, 2001 Report Share Posted August 24, 2001 From EAT FOR STRENGTH -- A Vegetarian Cookbook by Agatha Thrash, M.D. MARGARINE 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 c. coconut oil 1/4 cup oil 1/2 - 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tbsp. lecithin 1 tbsp. lemon juice Blend, adding lecithin to blender last, as it thickens fast.
