Guest guest
I found these in the vegetarian section in our grocery store. On another vegan list, someone recommended these. I wish I kept the package. But I checked the ingredients, and everything seemed OK. I'll be grocery shopping again tomorrow, so I'll get them again (dh loved them!) and I'll list the ingredients. Normally, I tend not to use " fake meat " as I remember when it used to be filled with all kinds of artificial stuff (my aunt was a vegetarian when I was a kid and died of cancer very young), as well as the point is to be vegetarian! I am very good at reading things that might be corn, but I may not be as good in reading wheat/gluten. So if I list the ingredients, you all can check. The " fake burgers " definately had wheat.
