Guest guest Posted July 27, 2001 Report Share Posted July 27, 2001 From Weimar Institute's NEWSTART LIFESTYLE COOKBOOK STRAWBERRY JAM a.. 5 rings dried pineapple b.. 1/2 cup apple, orange, or pineapple juice c.. 2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed Cut dried pineapple into small pieces. Cover with juice and let stand until pineapple is soft. Drain and process with strawberries until smooth, adding juice if necessary.
