Guest guest
Here are some of our quick and easy ideas. We love the Thai Kitchen soups, like top ramen but better. Measure out the one cup per soup, we do four, one of each one of us in the family. Then I add an extra cup or more. I chop up cabbage, carrots, celery what ever I have and cook those first. About three min. Then I add in seasonings and noodles and cook for about 2 more min. It takes me about 10 mins prep time and 5 mins cooking time. This is very good. Another one of our fav. is Mash potatos or corn bread (recipe posted) with baked beans on top. I buy the bushes veg. baked beans. Then I cut up a small onion and fry in oil. I then add the beans and some molassas and liquid smoke. The beans are great this way. I would think that the Corn bread would freeze nicely too. so would the beans. This may be something that could be done ahead of time then just thawed out. Amy
