FAUX AIOLI

 

1 box silken tofu

2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

optional: a small handful of freshly minced chives or parsley

 

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Store tightly covered in a

refrigerator. Serve cold or at room temperature. Good for sandwiches, baked

potatoes, steamed vegies, artichoke dipping, or wherever you would use mayo.
