Guest guest Posted June 20, 2001 Report Share Posted June 20, 2001 Chicken Noodle Soup Source: The Best of Silver Hills 1 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup shredded carrot 6 cups water 1/3 cup chicken style seasoning (Bill's Best or McKays) 1/4 tsp. celery salt salt to taste dash of cayeene (optional) 3 cups precooked and rinsed pasta noodles (gluten-free if necessary) In the bottom of a large pot saute onions with olive oil. Add celry and carrots, stir and cook for a minute. Add water and seasonings and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and add noodles. Simmer for 15 minutes.
