Source: Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook

 

1 cup millet

1 cup brown rice

6 1/2 cups water

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup coclonut

1/2 cup dates, chopped or pieces

1 cup almonds, chopped

 

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1 - 1

1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
