Guest guest Posted June 12, 2001 Report Share Posted June 12, 2001 SPICY NUT MIX Source: Shari on Eating from God's Garden list 2 cups soaked almonds 1 cup soaked pumpkin seeds 1 cup soaked walnuts 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper 1 tsp. Celery seed 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp onion powder 3/4 tsp. Celtic sea salt 1 tblsp. olive oil Mix everything together in a bowl and spread onto dehydrator tray. No need to use a teflex sheet. Dry at 105 degrees or lower for 24 hours or until very crunchy. Store in a glass jar on the counter or the refrigerator for 3 or more months.
