Guest guest Posted June 12, 2001 Report Share Posted June 12, 2001 Crockpot Black Bean Soup Source: Jennifer from Veg Crock Pot Cooks list 2 15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed 2 4.5 oz cans chopped green chilies 1 14.5 oz can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 11 oz can whole kernel corn , drained 4 green onions, sliced 2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker.
