Yield: 4 cups

 

1 tsp. dill seed

1/2 cup cashews

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup yeast flakes

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 cup hot cooked millet

1 cup water

1/2 - 1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup canned pimentos

 

Blend all ingredients smooth. use more water if needed. Refrigerate

to set. Good spread on crackers, or used for pizza topping.
