Combine and mix well:

 

2 cups cooked lentils

2 1/2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup ground walnuts

1 tsp. salt

crumbs or cooked brown rice

1/2 tsp. sage

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

nut milk

 

Add enough nut milk to form patties. Place on a cookie sheet and bake

for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
