Pour the ground seeds back into the measuring cup. Place hot water, salt, and date butter in blender. Blend ingredients at low speed. As blender turns, add sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. at a time until the mixture thickens. Turn blender to high speed for 10 seconds to insure a good blend. Serve immediately or chill. *Use as a spread for crackers, sticks, flatbread, or pancakes. For variety add 1 Tbsp. vanilla or 2 Tbsp. carob.
