1/4 cup millet

1 Tbsp. unflavored Emes Kosher Gel

1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavor (vegan)

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 cups water

1 tsp. salt

 

Lightly boil millet and 3/4 cup water in covered pan for 60 minutes.

Place 1 1/2 cup water and Emes in pan. Let sit 5 minutes. Now bring

gel to boil and turn heat off, stirring to prevent sticking, and

allow to cool. Blend cooked millet and Emes gel and seasonings.

Pour into 1/2 into containers. Chill. The butter will keep about 10

days.
