1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

5 cups water

1 1/4 cup uncooked millet

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/3 cup honey

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup arrowroot

 

Cook millet, salt, and water 45 - 60 minutes until millet is soft and

water is absorbed. mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend half of the

mixture and pour into a cooking pot. A food processor makes the job

easier but a blender will do. Blend the second half and cook all

mixture until thickened. Pour into a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Top

with thickened strawberries or carob frosting. Chill.
