6 chopped scallions

1 clove minced garlic

1 Tbsp. arrowroot

1 cup water or vegetable stock

handful of parsley, chopped fine

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

 

Saute the chopped scallions and minced garlic in 1 Tbsp. oil or 1/4

cup of water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, stirring

with wire whip. Simmer for 10 minutes.
