2 Tbsp. carob powder

1/2 cup warm water

1 cup finely shredded dried coconut

2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative)

2 cups puffed rice or millet

 

Mix carob powder and warm water. Add honey. Stir in puffed rice and

coconut. Let stand 20 minutes. Form mixture into balls.

Refrigerate. These balls will firm up during refrigeration.
