2 cups white grape juice

1/2 lb. silken tofu

3 cups frozen or fresh strawberries

2 Tbsp. Emes plain kosher gel or 2 Tbsp. agar flakes

 

In a saucepan, bring to boil, and immediately turn off and cool:

white grape juice, Emes vegan gelatin, or agar flakes.

 

In a blender, blend juice, tofu, and frozen or fresh strawberries.

 

Pour into a deep dish glass pie plate.

 

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours, until the

mixture solidifies.
